Sloan leaves chemical group to join industrial hygiene association

Current SOCMA CEO Larry Sloan credited with helping shore up organization's financial foundation Sloan Larry Sloan will step down as CEO of $6 million-revenue Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates in October to become head of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, a $16 million-revenue professional society based in Falls Church, Va.
